Camilla Sivesind Tokvam

Camilla Sivesind Tokvam is a lawyer and the general manager of Bing & Co. She is a candidate of law (1999), holds a degree in economy and has studied intellectual property and telecommunication law at the University of San Francisco, School of law. She has published a book on public IT procurement. Tokvam has been working with procurement in Statens forvaltningstjeneste.

She is accredited as attestor for public procurement in the supply sector according to the EU and Norwegian standard NS-EN 45503. She has also been real estate developer and has participated in start up of companies in the telecommunication sector.
